About Youth Green Jobs Summit

The Milwaukee Youth Green Jobs Summit will be the first of its kind in our city. The intent of the event is to break through the racial homogeneity of the green industry and empower young people to take ownership of their community’s well-being and natural resources. The summit will connect people of color with careers in environmental advocacy. With an artistic, musical, youth-centric approach, the event will highlight employment opportunities available with local organizations dedicated to preserving and enhancing our natural resources and public green space.

The Summit will feature:

• Live performances by local artists
• Interactive table presenters
  Attendees who get their passport stamped at every table will be entered into a raffle
• Instagram contest
